The Institute of Economic Studies in India has bestowed an Excellence Award on Enzen and the prestigious Udyog Rattan Award to our CEO Satheesh Kumar.
The award ceremony was held at a gala event in New Delhi and was chaired by dignitaries including Sh. B.P. Singh, Governor of Sikkim; Dr. Bhishm Narain Singh, Former Governor of Tamil Nadu and Assam; Sh. G.V.G. Krishnamoorthy, Former Election Commissioner of India; Prof. S.S. Bhakri, Director for UN Studies; Sh. Sachin Adhikari, CEO – Britt Worldwide and Mr. Virender Singh from the Institute of Economic Studies.
“With a huge shortage of power in the country and fossil fuels depleting fast, generating power through conventional sources will not be viable," said Satheesh Kumar, CEO of Enzen Global Solutions. "We at Enzen realise that the future is in generating power through alternative sources like biomass, solar and wind, and hence are working towards it.”
The prestigious Institute of Economic Studies was established by a group of economists, parliamentarians and industrialists in 1980 to study and discuss the economic development of India and offer their expert advice and services.
The institute presents awards in various sectors every year to recognise companies that have shown remarkable achievement or done groundbreaking work in their respective fields.
The Udyog Rattan Award is conferred annually by the institute to Indian citizens for their outstanding contributions to the economic development of the country.
