Dileep Viswanath is the Deputy CEO of the Enzen Group and CEO of Enzen Australia. Dileep’s work philosophy centres around creating excellent growth opportunities for Enzen employees and ensuring successful outcomes for our customers. He is known for his ability to create capable and committed leadership teams, incubate and scale businesses and drive successful outcomes for all required stakeholders.
Dileep is one of the founding members of Enzen in the UK and helped establish it as a thriving business, rising to the role as Head of Business Development and Customer Relationships. In the process he built trusted, lasting client relationships and significant business growth.
He moved to Adelaide in 2017 and set up the Australian business from scratch, going on to build a strong leadership team and valuable IPs that are now exportable to other Enzen operating geographies.
In his current role, he is responsible for developing and driving group strategy, creating synergies across all of Enzen operating geographies and establishing strong leadership capabilities and pipelines.
Dileep is especially passionate about developing people, creating growth opportunities for leaders within Enzen and always looking to nurture talent within the broader Enzen group.
He calls Adelaide his home, where he lives with his wife and two young boys. Dileep likes to spend time with his family, reading and playing cricket with his sons. He is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Calicut and the London School of Business.
