A senior knowledge practitioner, Easwar Parameswaran specialises in the strategic delivery of large-scale transformation solutions in the water and wastewater sector.
During the course of a 36-year career, he’s developed solutions for utilities around the world, leading teams from ‘concept to commissioning’ across Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
A highly-valued and well-respected member of the Enzen team, Easwar’s specialties and breadth of knowledge encompass strategy, advisory, design, engineering, execution, operations, maintenance and project management.
His recent achievements for Enzen include designing and introducing new operating models for major water utilities in the UK and Australia based on global best practice, plus an advisory solution focused on creating the sustainable water systems of the future in Mozambique.
Other accomplishments include large capital projects, multiple design engineering solutions, innovative asset maintenance and energy efficiency programmes for a range of utility customers, all designed to create the water networks of the future.
Easwar has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bangalore, India. He is very passionate about long-term water preservation and delivering value to our customers, realising their strategic objectives through creative collaboration.
Outside of work, Easwar loves walking in the woods, watching and playing cricket and practising his gardening skills. He lives with his wife, daughter, son and his pet dog in the north-west of England.
