A passionate leader dedicated to leaving a cleaner world for future generations, Kutty Prabakaran co-founded Enzen in 2006.
His vision was to build a global knowledge enterprise that would challenge the status quo in the energy and water sector and harness the power of creativity to make life essentials more affordable, accessible and sustainable for all.
Under Kutty’s leadership, Enzen has built an established presence in six countries including Australia, India, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and the UK, where it has earned a reputation for driving efficiencies through specialist industry knowledge, underpinned by technologies and exceptional execution.
Continual learning and a thirst for knowledge are his hallmarks as a professional – first as an engineer, then as a businessman and now as a global influencer leading the energy sector through the challenges of digitalisation, decentralisation and decarbonisation.
An alumnus of Wharton and Stanford Business Schools and a Fellow of the Institute of Gas Engineers, Kutty has more than 25 years’ industry experience. In recognition of his achievements in the sector, Kutty was named a 2018 Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors, the UK's longest-running organisation for professional leaders.
Outside the office, Kutty enjoys cycling and hiking.
