As the leader of our UK business, Mohamed Syedian is a firm believer in the power of teamwork and personal accountability to drive greater standards of excellence. He has more than 25 years’ industry experience, 16 of which have been as an integral member of the Enzen Group leadership team.
Before being appointed at Chief Operating Officer in the UK, he was Enzen’s Global Head of Execution Excellence, overseeing the people, processes and tools deployed for all Enzen's solutions worldwide.
During his time with Enzen, he has been instrumental in winning more than GBP £50 million worth of business and led large-scale transformation programmes and industry-wide separations for UK utilities, establishing himself with senior utility customers as a highly-valued partner capable of producing exceptional outcomes.
Collaboration and sharing a common goal are at the core of Mohamed’s leadership philosophy. He believes success is only sustainable if it’s based on a commitment to core values, the empowerment all team members to be leaders in their own right, and the recognition of everyone’s individual talents and contributions.
Mohamed holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras. Outside of work he loves sports, especially football. He supports Manchester City FC and used to play professionally as a goalkeeper in the Indian football league.
