Rahul is an experienced finance professional and global leader focused on generating value with innovation and creativity. As Chief Financial Officer of the Enzen Group, he’s been integral to Enzen’s growth into an international organisation and industry influencer.
He is well-regarded for his ability to develop strong investor relationships, create effective financial strategies and form new collaborations with fellow innovative companies to foster synergies and penetrate new markets.
At the core of his professional life is the belief that the finance function is as much about value creation as it is about value protection. He is also passionate about driving sustainability as an agenda and believes in its immense potential as a positive force in our world.
Rahul has delivered more than 13 acquisitions deploying in excess of USD $50m of balance sheet capital, raised in excess of USD $150m in private equity capital and obtained structured growth capital in excess of USD $300m.
Formerly of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rahul has worked across a variety of sectors including consumer brands, automotive and technology.
He has an Associated Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India, as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Rahul also serves as a nominee director in several of Enzen's group companies, constantly working to improve corporate governance standards and provide strategic guidance for future growth.
He is married with two children, enjoys travelling and loves to learn about different start-ups.
