Sudhakar Nalla is an experienced leader with more than 22 years of international experience spanning the power, water, gas and telecom sectors across the UK, India and Japan.
Throughout his career, he's been responsible for winning and delivering large programmes for our customers, leading skilled multicultural teams from various geographies. These programmes primarily focused on efficiency improvements, regulatory compliance, business transformation, managed services, digital and IoT.
Sudhakar is a loyal team player and is respected by the team for embodying Enzen's core values of passion, integrity, creativity, knowledge, excellence and respect. He excels in facing challenges, turning around difficult situations, galvanising teams and nurturing collaboration.
Passionate about the energy transition, Sudhakar thrives on creating innovative solutions to help organisations with their business and technology challenges. He takes an open approach to his work, which builds trust with all stakeholders, plus focuses on driving process improvement across organisations and ensuring their operational efficiency.
Outside of his professional role, Sudhakar draws inspiration from his loving family and parents who have encouraged him to dream big and achieve his goals. He loves sport and in particular football and cricket, which often provide examples of an underdog out-thinking and winning over well-established teams, a principle which he aspires to in business.
Sudhakar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, and is a trusted member of the Enzen family.
