Two Enzen leaders met with the next generation of global business talent at an elite careers convention in London, where they discussed the opportunities available in accelerating the energy transition.
UK Electricity Portfolio Directors Kira Begunova and Sudhakar Nalla attended the London Business School annual Consulting Showcase at its Regent’s Park campus. The leaders shared their knowledge and experience with graduates-to-be of various Master's programmes and explained the wealth of professional opportunities in our industry.
Enzen joined a mixture of consulting and professional services firms, from boutiques to global enterprises, at the showcase, designed to deepen graduates’ understanding of business career paths and enable them to network with high-calibre professionals.
Our stand attracted much interest, with Kira and Sudhakar enjoying quality conversations with more than 40 people from the school. Together they discussed graduates’ aspirations, interests and the role Enzen plays in the drive to net zero.
As Enzen seeks to build its talent pipeline, the evening proved an invaluable opportunity for two company leaders to engage with future business talent and learn more about their perspectives and goals. Such events are an integral part of Enzen’s drive to engage with premier talent from world-renowned education institutions, in support of our ambitious growth plans.
“As a London Business School alumna, it was a great experience to go back and help graduates find a path to realise their career dreams," said Kira.
"I was inspired by the graduates’ ambitions and hunger to make an impact in the business world and impressed with their intelligence and passion. Many were keen to learn more about opportunities at Enzen, and how they can channel their talents and drive into creating a more sustainable world.”
Sudhakar added: “If the energy and water sector is going to address the existential challenges like climate change, rapid urbanisation and ageing infrastructure, we need to inspire the next generation of talent to play their part. It was a pleasure to meet so many engaged graduates and share the breadth of opportunities available to them in our industry and at Enzen.”
