Enzen Global, in partnership with Sapphire Utility Solutions, will be enabling the UK’s largest gas distribution network to deliver a safer, more resilient and more sustainable gas supply for future generations in the West Midlands.
Cadent has awarded the joint venture the management of capital project execution as part of the Construction Management Organisation contract covering the West Midlands region as part of its £600m contracts to manage its asset investment programme for the next ten years.
The partnership will enhance Cadent’s mains and service network infrastructure over the course of a decade. Through a dynamic, best-in-class operating model based on our unique delivery capabilities, digital transformation expertise and innovative solutions in process efficiency, the joint venture will enable Cadent to meet its regulatory requirements year-on-year and achieve long-term value for consumers in more than two million homes.

The joint venture, managing the capital project execution, will increase efficiency through the utilisation of advanced technology, automation and the integration of industry best practices from around the world . This programme, which will play a key role in Cadent’s transformation, includes replacing more than 300 kilometres of assets in the region every year for the next decade.

The joint venture will work collaboratively with Cadent’s investment planning office and local delivery partners to deliver regulatory outputs for up to ten years.
