Manish is a highly accomplished leader with strong operational and commercial experience across the financial services, government and energy sectors. He believes in a practitioner-based leadership model, where the leader of the business is highly skilled and actively engaged in the work or value delivered by the business to its customers and stakeholders.
Within Enzen, Manish has been in both corporate as well as business leadership roles and has developed a strong grasp of core practices from execution, commercial, risk and legal standpoints. Outside of his professional role, Manish maintains an active interest in learning new skills, remaining fit and participating in charity initiatives.
Manish’s prior experience has been in the financial services sector, working within institutional and commercial banking, delivering services into leading banks. He has also had a stint within the top cadre of UK government, negotiating and managing large IT services contracts that impacted millions of citizens.
Manish’s leadership as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer has brought the right focus for Enzen in terms of balancing risk, legal, contractual and commercial aspects with business growth and profitability.
He holds a Master's in Industrial Management with a Bachelor's in Engineering, alongside additional qualifications in Banking and Financial Planning. He is also an accredited Mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (London) and has led many large-scale commercial negotiations.
